Viva Goals Essentials

Microsoft certified trainer Tim Blake will demonstrate the features of Viva Goals and how to use them. As Tim navigates the interface, you’ll view the admin and organizational settings and team structure and see how to create new teams and manage team settings.  

You’ll learn the key components of goal setting, the benefits of OKRs, and how to establish effective goals. You’ll also learn to create OKRs and initiatives and manage your OKRs by updating key results, exporting data, and using the search function. In addition, you’ll learn how to customize and present a dashboard and view the analytics. By the end of this course, you’ll have the information you need to set up and utilize Viva Goals to track your personal and team Objectives and Key Results.
