Viva Overview

Tim Blake, a Microsoft certified trainer, will demonstrate Microsoft Viva’s features. He’ll describe the key elements of Viva, showing you how to locate each one, and explaining how they interact within the Microsoft ecosystem.  

You’ll learn the benefits and uses of Viva for your organization. You’ll explore the Viva apps intended for communication purposes, Viva Connections, Viva, Engage, and Viva Amplify, and consider the features and uses of each.  

You’ll also learn about the three Viva apps used for analytics and feedback, Viva Insights, Viva Pulse, and Viva Glint. You’ll see how Glint integrates with Insights and Pulse, enabling you to bridge the gap between feedback and impact and thus drive strategic actions that strengthen your organization.  

Viva can also help you boost your skills and career. You’ll see how to find and access training content in Viva Learning. You’ll also learn how the Viva Learning Management System allows you to integrate with Microsoft Teams, connect to other LMSs, and share videos with others!
