Which partnership opportunities include use of the Bigger Brains eLearning app for Microsoft Teams, or the BrainBot knowledge retention app?

Both the Bigger Brains Teams app and BrainBot are included free with all course license options.

Are resellers required to track usage and send audit reports to verify compliance?

Bigger Brains uses a unique licensing engine, so all SCORM-based content is managed automatically – this includes receiving automatic content updates, as well as managing prescribed user limits and expiration dates for all courses.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

For LMS content in SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 format, a minimum of 10 users per course per organization is required. For AICC or xAPI (Tin Can) format a minimum of 50 users per course per organization is required. For MP4 format a minimum of 500 users is required.

Are the courses compatible with my LMS?

Bigger Brains guarantees compatibility with all SCORM 1.2 compliant Learning Management Systems, and also supports SCORM 2004. Courses can also be delivered in AICC, xAPI (Tin Can), or MP4 format but may require financial minimums.

How often is content updated?

All software and cloud technology courses are reviewed at least annually and updated frequently to stay reasonably up to date with the latest versions and features. Customers using our SCORM licensing engine can choose to receive automatic updates when new course versions are available.

Can a Reseller be in more than one category?

Yes, its’ not uncommon for our Reseller Partners to license SCORM content to some customers while hosting individual users as well.

How can I tell what courses are available?
