In our monthly blog segment, “What’s Brewing at Bigger Brains,” I am happy to introduce members of the Bigger Brains team of experts (and the coffees that they bring to the Teams meeting table). Today let’s meet Caitlin Noblin!
What’s your role at Bigger Brains?
I am a Marketing Assistant! I work to write blogs and plan social media posts.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about my job is that I am never bored! I always need something to do, so having a job to push myself is exciting for me.
What does it mean to you to be a leader?
For me, being a leader is being someone people look up to. Whether you are in a position of authority or not, I believe that everyone can present themselves as a leader in their actions and responsibilities.
What are your biggest professional challenges?
I would say that one of my biggest professional challenges has been my age. Most people do not expect me to be as young as I am, and because of my age, some people have treated me differently in the past.
What is something that you would love to learn someday?
I would love to learn how to play the guitar one day! My parents both know how to play, and I have always loved the idea of being able to play as well as they can.
What is your biggest achievement to date – personal or professional?
My biggest achievement to date is graduating college at the age of 20!
Where’s somewhere you’d love to travel?
I would love to travel to Greece one day. Ever since I watched Mama Mia, I have been obsessed with going!
If you could choose anyone, who would you pick as your mentor?
I would choose my Grandad. My whole life he has been an amazing example of how a person should live their life. He has never failed to impress me with his generosity and his ability to just be a beacon of love to everyone he meets. It is definitely a goal of mine to end up like him one day!
