You’ll learn the benefits and uses of Viva for your organization. You’ll explore the four Viva apps intended for communication purposes, Viva Connections, Viva, Engage, Viva Amplify, and Viva Topics, and consider the features and uses of each.
You’ll also learn about the three Viva apps used for analytics and feedback, Viva Insights, Viva Pulse, and Viva Glint. You’ll see how Glint integrates with Insights and Pulse, enabling you to bridge the gap between feedback and impact and thus drive strategic actions that strengthen your organization.
Tim will define the key components of an OKR and discuss how the components fit together in the OKR framework. He’ll demonstrate how you can navigate Viva Goals and define and create OKRs so you will be ready to track and act upon organizational priorities.
Viva can help you boost your skills and career. You’ll see how to find and access training content in Viva Learning. You’ll also learn how the Viva Learning Management System allows you to integrate with Microsoft Teams, connect to other LMSs, and share videos with others!
