Beth’s Podcast: At The Table

Much of Beth’s career was in account management, where she worked with large clients, ensuring they had everything they needed to be successful. Then, she was given a wonderful opportunity to build the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program for her employer, a Fortune 250 Company. It gave her the chance to do all the things she loved: working with people all over the country, teaching others, and creating. Plus, she was able to focus on one of her core values: inclusion.

After spending years learning everything she could about DEI practice, theory, and education, Beth left Corporate America, to start her own consulting firm, write and host a podcast on diversity and inclusion.
