In our monthly blog segment “What’s Brewing at Bigger Brains,” I’m happy to introduce members of the Bigger Brains team of experts (and the coffees that they bring to the Teams meeting table). Today let’s meet Nancy Williams!
What’s your role at Bigger Brains?
Director of Channel Development for the MSP side of BB and Sales for Bigger Brains.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
Interacting with MSPs and sharing information on how they can improve their customer experience by using our courses. I also enjoy continually learning more and more about the eLearning sector and how we have become a Big (pun intended) player in the sector.
How do you prioritize your many responsibilities?
Using a CRM helps me immensely. I don’t work a traditional schedule, but I do set up specific times for certain tasks each day.
What are your biggest professional challenges?
Right now it is COVID and the lack of industry events. I hope they come back!
What do you like to do outside of work?
Boat and travel. I love to meet new people and learn their ‘stories’. It is such a small world and I love discovering how so many things tie together.
What is your biggest achievement to date – personal or professional?
Playing on the first women’s national soccer team for Puerto Rico, finishing my Masters in Science for Secondary Education with a 4.0, and raising three children to become responsible adults, by myself.
