Brain Bites – Prioritizing Tasks

You’ll also learn how to protect your time and build your team by delegating tasks and learning to say no when appropriate.  

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to balance your workload, and hopefully your stress levels, by effectively prioritizing your tasks.
