My professional passion is staff development. Training is my ‘chocolate’. I have a gift for being able to learn a topic (most of the time technical) and break it down in a way that adults can not only understand but are able to apply it to their jobs to become more efficient and productive.
With my background, I opened ibT in Greenville, SC. ibT provides professional development for anyone or organization that wants to grow personally or as a team. Technology is evolving so quickly. And we are too! I believe that we all need the right tools in our toolbox to grow effectively with our teams using technology.
